RESPACK recently held an educational school outreach session at SK Kampung Baru, focusing on raising awareness of menstrual hygiene and personal care among upper primary school girls. Conducted in a supportive and comfortable setting, the program helped students understand the changes their bodies experience during puberty, view menstruation as a natural and healthy process, and feel more confident in managing their daily hygiene needs.
During the session, the Activ team conducted a practical demonstration to teach students the correct use of Activ sanitary pads. The girls were introduced to Activ Ultra Thin Pads, learning about their reliable absorbency, comfortable fit, and slim design that allows for ease of movement throughout the school day. The demonstration also covered proper usage, safe removal, and responsible disposal practices.
To reinforce the lessons learned, each participant received a sample pack to take home, giving them the opportunity to become more familiar with menstrual care products and apply the knowledge gained from the session. Interactive discussions were encouraged, allowing students to ask questions, address common concerns, and build positive and healthy menstrual hygiene habits.
