🌸 Empowering Young Minds: RESPACK’s Feminine Care Workshop at SJK (C) Shih Chung Pusat 🌸
As part of RESPACK’s ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, our team proudly conducted a Personal Feminine Care Workshop at SJKC Shih Chung Pusat. This meaningful initiative was designed to educate and empower young female students with essential knowledge on personal hygiene and self-care, especially during the important transition into adolescence. 👧🏻💬
The workshop created a safe and respectful space where students could learn openly about menstrual hygiene, physical and emotional changes, and the importance of self-confidence. It included clear explanations on the menstrual cycle 🩸, guidance on the proper use and disposal of sanitary products 🧻, and discussions aimed at promoting body positivity and breaking long-standing taboos around feminine health 🌷.
One of the most impactful moments was the interactive Q&A session, where students were encouraged to ask questions and share their concerns ❓🗣️. The warm, supportive environment allowed them to feel heard and understood, helping to normalize conversations around topics that are often considered sensitive.
