In supporting and training our new generation of leaders, Respack and Universiti Malaya joined forces with its Engineering Faculty in a sharing session on technical skills and soft skills, along with a preparation and evaluation session done by field experts. The IEM x Esum Yes Open Day event jointly organized by the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM), Young Engineer Section (YES) and Engineering Society of University Malaya (ESUM) provided a great opportunity for graduates to explore various potential career paths, and connect them with employers.
